6 Tofflemire Dr
Overview
Ascend through a forest and leave behind city hustle and bustle. This magnificent home offers commanding views of Mt. Diablo and adjoins the Lafayette Reservoir open space and trails. The lot, with vineyard, is impeccably landscaped throughout. Inside, the home has vaulted ceilings and custom finishes everywhere. Upstairs, the principal suite has a fireplace, sauna, steam shower, gym and immense walk-in closet. Downstairs, a private entrance leads to guest quarters with kitchen, living room and wine cellar. Three offices offer ample work space. The main kitchen flows gracefully in two directions, one to a great room, the other to the dining room and living room. Other features: solar panels; backup generator; security alarms and cameras; and hard-wiring for sound. Three separate buildings complete the grounds: an equipped winery with tasting area; a building with full bath that can be used as a gym or guest room; and a greenhouse. This estate is an incomparable idyllic retreat.
